Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You may expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Delivery confirmation will be provided at your email address upon shipping.
Items will be shipped either via FedEx Ground International or USPS Priority International. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days not include any hold for custom issues. Delivery confirmation will be provided at your email address upon shipping.
Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. Attitudeline.com does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number please call us at 877-428-8833, 818-717-8852, or you may email our customer service team at .
Attitudeline.com offers a 14 days return period. Returns may be for replacement, refund, or merchandise credit.
All items must be shipped prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Open jars will not be accepted for either replacement or refund. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, Attitudeline, Inc will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale.
All items must be returned complete. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. Shipping charges as well as the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only.
Please expect your refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
